They are passionate about the art, job, work, music, and skill. They keep going on and keep up their pace. Consistency is not taught; it comes with discipline, and discipline comes with breaking the habit of distraction and not giving importance to useless things that waste time. You can start small and keep the habit and gradually add to it.
