We are going to share the process that we use to follow in designing a logo. Normally, we send a questionnaire to our clients to ask what kind of logo design they are looking for or share some samples that they like just to get an idea of what they are aiming for. You also need to know what corporate colors they prefer. Do they have a tagline? Are they going to use the logo only on the web or there should be a print version as well as a single-color version for the logo?
Now, let’s start the design process. First of all, you should sketch the rough ideas by playing with the elements or even typography. Create as many sketches as possible and you will come out with something really interesting and creative that can make a great impact on the business. Bear in mind, think like you are solving a problem or inspiring people with the business or brand. After you come up with a design you will have to choose a few options 2 or maybe 3 that you think would get appreciation from the client. Make nice clean logos that won’t make problems in the printing process.
