Some mandatory steps need to be included in the logo design presentation. The first one is the color scheme of the logo design and the second is the greyscale version of the logo or you can say the single-color version of the logo design. If possible, add a few more important things such as the minimum printing size on paper so the smaller characters will be readable. Any character less than 4 pt is not readable by eyes but the recommended size for the font which can be readable is 6pt.
Make sure you are using a sans serif font, serif fonts can break from the thin area of the font and do miss in too small printing size.
