There are usually two main types of stickers: one is made with paper and the other with plastic. Plastic stickers, also known as vinyl sheets, are primarily pasted on outdoor wall and glass. These stickers are durable and waterproof. Their outer layer is laminated with glossy varnish. Some stickers are made of thick paper, and a thin layer is applied after printing to make them durable.
Plastic vinyl sheets are supposed to be elastic, so while pasting, if there is any uneven surface or extruded object on the wall, they can be folded and stretched according to the requirement. Plastic stickers are not eco-friendly, but to make them durable and waterproof, there is no other solution. On the other hand, paper-based stickers are used on smaller items, and they can easily be removed with warm water.
