There are many types of binding available in the market for books, brochures, and magazines. Today, we are presenting a saddle-stitched multipage brochure that can be used for showcasing magazine designs. Saddle stitching is one of the most popular bookbinding methods and the most preferable when having 4-16 sleeves. It is neat but can be loose over time. It is recommended to use three stitched if the paper is more than 16 sleeves. Folded sheets of paper are nested and they overlapped exactly with each other and staples through these folds. There is no hard and fast rule to stitch 2 staples, more is always better. Saddle stitching is a simple solution for booklets and catalogs. It should be used for notebooks, catalogs, workbooks, calendars, menus, and even large brochures.
