Two sizes are frequently used every day in the offices but the most preferred one is the A4 size. You will find this size available in all desktop printers and preferred for official documents as it is longer enough to fill all the content and wider enough to float the text in a larger size. On the other hand, US letters are smaller in height and it is preferred for letterhead. It can also be applied to brochures, flyers, and magazines if there is any requirement from the US client. However, there are no objective benefits of using US letters over A4 size. A4 as we know is widely used in the world and preferred by copier machines and printers equally. US letter multipage documents are slightly more handier and easier on the eyes.
