It is prepared with grape juice, which is where the color originates. The second most consumed bread is “Saade Ekmek,” which is typically long oval cum boat-shaped bread. You will ask for whole wheat or just white flour bread. The third most liked and consumed by kids is Poğaça. The letter “ğ” is silent in Turkish language, and “ç” needs to be read as “Ch”. You can pronounce it Pocha. It is a small-sized bread that fits perfectly in the hand and has many variations, such as filling of potato, olive oil, and chocolate. The fifth one is a baguette. I have also consumed both the longer version and the shortest version. These are the most commonly found breads in bakery shops and the most famous.
