It is still a very big decision for me to decide which laptop to buy. My budget is around $800. I have been thinking a lot about buying the new Mac mini instead of a laptop, but whenever I need it outside of home, then it would surely not be possible because a mini is not something you can use as a portable device. Though there are so many hacks made by talented artists, such as “Scott Yu-Jan”. He made a Mac Mini portable video, which is not a very refined version, but a decent solution to make it portable. If you are an enthusiast and like 3D printing, you can make one for yourself. Now let’s go back to the topic, which is buying a laptop. If I increase the budget a bit, I still won’t be able to buy the base model of MacBook Pro, which is close to $1300. Many times I have decided to buy a ProBook from HP, but it is still not very powerful under my budget, and I am looking for something that has future-proofing and the ability to upgrade. Once I come up with an idea, then for sure I will share it in my next post.
