In simple words, letterpress printing is also called relief printing. Text, lettering, and illustration are made with a hard metal consisting of alloy, antimony, and tin called a letterpressed plate. It is basically a hard-raised metal sheet similar to a rubber stamp. For getting the desired effect, it is pressed firmly against the thick paper and an engraved effect comes into being.
In modern commercial printing, it is called typographic process printing used on business cards, invitation cards, or even notebook titles. Nowadays, this technique is used for leather bags, jackets, racine-based shoes, and many other racine products.
Today, we are sharing a letterpressed business card mockup for front and backside of name card design. You will be easily able to replace the current artworks and change the background color of your choice.
