Medicines are important to have in your bag, especially when you travel. I was able to do everything while flying from Europe to an Asian country and coming back, such as managing my office and assigning jobs, but when a stomach disorder happened, then I realised I should always keep basic medicine specially if the kids are with me and we are going on family trips.
Medicines such as over the counter becomes handy and save a lot of trouble. You should always keep painkillers, allergy medicine, and most importantly flu and cold medicines specially in the winter season. Keep them in a sturdy box or buy a wooden or even hard plastic box to keep them safe; otherwise, they may mash with something, or if you are keeping syrup, then cover it with padding and use a small plastic bag so if they leak, the liquid won’t come out from the bag.
