One of the websites I downloaded the mockup from was behaving very strangely. They allow 3 psd files from a single IP address. However, they did not allow me to download once and started showing me that your downloads for the day are finished, you need to buy the regular license, which is $9 nowadays, and then I can download the premium files. I was not able to download any file for free, and this problem kept happening every other day. Another issue was that once you download one file and you would like to download the same file again, it will count as 2 files, so if you tap three times and the file does not download, you have finished your daily quota. This was a bad user experience and needed to be rectified. There should be a complaint or “report missing file” page so the user can instantly report the issue, like we have created a custom page.
