Another name that is not very famous but can be read and seen is called the iron cross fold. In printing terms, the 5-panel layout is called an iron cross. It is made for invitations and unboxing-style marketing printables. It is also used by many people as a self-mailer because it can fold and then be sealed with a sticker, which makes it a creative outcome of a self-mailer.
