iMac or Mac mini M4. There is literally a difference of chalk and cheese when it comes to price. Mac Mini M4 was sold for $500. I bought mine from a student for $520, and I haven’t regretted a day. Now, the Mac Mini M4 comes with 512 GB storage, as Apple has completely discontinued production of its base model with 256 GB data storage. Otherwise, it was the best computer to buy. On the other hand, iMac is $1300 and let me tell you it is $800 differece for me, and I can pair it with a $120 Z1RC portable monitor which comes with 500nits of brightness, more than enough for any software. Moreover, I bought a Daran battery to back up my Mac mini, so the total cost for me with the battery backup is $710. I didn’t need a keyboard and mouse as I am using my Logitech that I have been using for Windows.
