Call it salami, baloney, or seasoned sausage. They are flavorsome because many different spices are added to enhance the taste. As we all know sausage is a meat product and is usually packed in a shrink wrap plastic tied from both ends. They are ground meat and made with beef and poultry. Pork is also mixed and many other flavorings are added while preparing the sausage.
Sausages are eaten with sandwiches along with many other layers such as salad, egg, sauces, etc. To make it tight many ingredients are added such as grains or even breadcrumbs that join the meat together. These fillers are normally very low in quantity as much as required to stick them together so after opening the packaging they can be sliced with a knife into pieces.
