It was carelessness from the courier company, along with the sender. We returned the item and never ordered from the same seller. Packaging should never have any extra spacing inside. If the product is smaller than the packaging, then fillers and bubble sheets are used to protect the items from being damaged. When it comes to product boxes, they are smaller in size, and they are supposed to be stacked on each other. Any extra spacing can bend their shape and damage the packaging. So, for this reason, they should be accurately measured according to the product size.
