The most important thing to consider in a billboard is the place where it is located. Whether it is old or new it does not matter. If it is located on a busy street or placed near the bus shelter then no second thoughts and you are good to hire and display your product design or services of the company. If the billboard is small then it is better to give the main focus to the product and occupy 2/3 space for the product and 1/3 for the text. Small billboards are not too high for small text so add text related to your office address and also the phone number if required. If it is just an announcement then make the text bigger so more people can read.
