We go shopping almost every day to buy fresh vegetables and fruits. We do not hoard things at home, and this makes us move ourselves as life has become more sedentary these days due to digital screens. Going out is much healthier, where you can choose fresh fruit, finish it in a day or two, and then buy more. We should involve ourselves in outdoor activities to remain active.
Today, when I wanted to go out for grocery i picked our IKEA blue bag, and I am always proud to take it every time though it is crumpled and too old. I am avoiding plastic usage by not taking plastic bags and using the blue bag for all my daily items. You can also buy a canvas shopping bag, which can be reused and is quite sturdy.
