I am a forgetful person, this can be an amnestic syndrome or the memory cells are reducing in numbers. This affected my life badly, and I even had many challenging instances in social life as well as with my family. This leads me to figure out the main problem. This might be one of the reasons: I had been absent-minded because my dad used to shout at me and my mother. This led me to keep quiet and not bother much when they used to have arguments. I stopped paying attention to things and got distracted. Distraction was the only way to get away with the bad times and comfort myself. After becoming mature, I started focusing on the things I was doing and practiced kindness and determination. However, the forgetfulness stayed with me, and this Sunday I forgot to bring the tote bag we use to carry in our car. We ended up buying plastic shopping bags to carry groceries, and that made me feel very bad because I discourage plastic bags as they are the biggest reason for plastic waste in our world.
