I wake up early in the morning and do grocery shopping before starting work. I buy the fresh bread every day as well as eggs. When I go to the grocery shop, there is a small juice point where fresh juice is available. If it is open, I usually buy one and drink it the first thing in the morning. Liquid, such as water or juice, helps our kidneys to have a good start to the day. Morning juice makes my body relax, and water intake reduces stress. Apple juice and pomegranate have more glycemic content, so it is better to avoid them. If you are above 40, then you should consider not more than 250ml as it may increase the sugar level if you consume more.
