Ice cream has many flavors and we can try many new ones every other day. Recently, I tasted blackberry flavor and that changed my mind about thinking of chocolate flavor that my family is quite used to eating. After finishing the Blackberry my dopamine keeps asking me to eat more and this is where the problem happens. Every small ice cream cup has nearly 200 calories and eating a whole cup is enough for 4-5 hours. Eating more than one will rise the sugar value in your bloodstream and if you continue this habit then you will gain unnecessary weight. Ice cream provides many minerals and vitamins and including it in our diet is a healthier choice but ice cream is usually high in sugar so eating once or twice a week would be safer to consume.
