According to new research, our global usage of paper cups has exceeded massively and the volume has reached 263.8 Billion units in 2022. Most coffee cups are recyclable but many of them are not because of the plastic film attached to the paper inside the cup to hold the liquid and prevent any leakage while drinking hot and cold drinks. We should reduce the usage only by bringing our own portable coffee cups to the restaurant or manufacturers should use 100% recyclable cups. Otherwise, these cups will sit in landfills for many years and every year we will have more waste on our earth. Every one of us should be responsible for our actions and play a part to save our planet for the next generations.
