If you are really not willing to do mesaurements then a small round sketch can also help by rolling the butter paper or kraft paper on the coffee cup and marking the height, then cutting the curve with a knife. This helps you create the desired size of the sleeve, and then you can scan the sleeves and trace them in Illustrator or any other vector-based software you use. After tracing the rough sketch, make sure you are giving enough space for pasting. Don’t forget to print and cut it out to paste on the cup.
