Coffee makes us more focused and productive as it increases activity in our brain and nervous system. Some people drink coffee because of its smell and taste and that makes them more comforting, few of us drink to help get through the day while we are low on energy in the afternoon time. A cup of our favorite brew can make us feel relaxed as well.
