A regular guy weighing 70kg needs 2400 to 2800 calories per day. A meal with a chicken patty burger + a Pepsi tin can, along with a bowl of fries and two spoons of ketchup and mayo, will be nearly 1400 calories. But if you divide 2400 by 3, that gives you 800 calories, which simply means that we consume nearly 500+ extra calories on a regular fast food meal. 1 tbsp of mayo has 90-100 calories, as compared to ketchup, which only has 20 calories, so avoiding mayonnaise as well as soda can reduce 250 calories, but still, you need to think about the extra 250+ calories. It would be a good idea to walk more on the day you consume the fast food. You need 40 minutes brisk walk or 6000+ steps to burn those 250+ extra calories.
