It is the summer season, and we all sweat no matter where we go. You have to come under the sun once or twice a day. In summer, the temperature is anywhere close to 30° to 45°. Many asian countries, such as Qatar, even have close to 50°. It is quite a challenge to live in such harsh conditions. Living without AC is impossible, and you can lose all the water of your body if you need to go out to get something. Avoiding the sun and walking under the shade is preferred. Many of us even use an umbrella for the sun, but the heat can perspire you in a minute if the temperature is more than 40°. Having a mist spray in your hand carry is a good idea.
