There is good news for people who like to print posters and sell them. It is legal to sell old movie posters. The trial court granted Warner Bros, Entertainment, INC. and Turner Entertainment to stop two companies from reproducing old movie posters. So the decision was taken by the court that reproducing them, selling them, and even printing them on the t-shirt was not copyright infringement. Make sure the poster remains the same and there is no alteration in the poster.

As long as you are not selling and reproducing the new posters you are good to go.
