Many companies attach sheets to make them big but it is not a durable option. With a gust of wind, these larger sheets may tear or damage. Plotter machine should support at least 10 feet of printing. Smaller plotters are used for drawings, maps, posters, and CAD sketches. Smaller size plotters provide much more detailed outcomes as the format of the paper is small and printing is 600 to 1200 dpi for indoor usage. If the printing is used outdoors and is mounted on the wall 5-10 feet away then 300 dpi is more than enough to speed up the printing process. The more dpi is used the more depth the printing document provides.
