AA batteries do not last more than a month. If you are looking for a battery that lasts longer then you should consider buying one that has more mAh so it can hold more charge and you do not need to discard them every after few weeks. You might like to know, rechargeable batteries have more mAh from 1500 to 3000 and they are usually 3-4 times more expensive than the usual ones.
