Sometimes I forget to bring the reusable shopping bags, which are made of nylon. I use it too often, especially when I am going to the grocery store or fruit market. Nylon is not an eco-friendly choice, but it is sturdy and has been with me for the last 4 years. It has lost its shape, some of the nylon has been ruined, but it is still going good and I like to keep it because I can hold heavy things in it and it has two handles, smaller for holding in my hand and bigger for the shoulder. I have prevented hundreds, if not thousands, of plastic bags that cashiers offer for free. I have saved a lot of bags from ending up in landfills. If we all think the same and use either a paper shopping bag or buy a reusable bag, then we will completely avoid the plastic bags, which is the only solution to prevent using plastic bags.
