Every one of us has good and bad experiences of buying online. The worst experience is not only the damaged delivery, but there is another bad experience that I have recently experienced a month ago, and that is not receiving the refund, or the seller takes months to release the payment. I ordered a nebulizer for my son, and the product was not exactly the one his doctor had prescribed, as I had shown the product online to his doctor, so I had to return the product I didn’t receive at that time. I returned it the day it came. The refund didn’t arrive as fast as I returned it. It was received by the seller the next day, but for an unknown reason, they locked my payment. Refund is on hold until now. This has turned out to be the worst experince so far. The seller should consider releasing the payment as soon as they receive the product, that is not even been opened. I bought it from Amazon.
