Signboards should not be mounted too high from the ground as they would be avoided by the passerby and you may not get the desired outcome for your OOH advertising. They should be mounted anywhere close to 7 feet or even 8 feet if it is made with a quality material such as aluminum or wood. Many signboards are backlit and they are made with cheap materials such as acrylic and steel sheets. These can be placed above 8 ft. If the street is located on a busy road and cars are passing from the street then 8-9 ft would be perfect and ensure the better visibility of the shop signboard. If you can place a reflective material on both sides then it will brighten up at night and can easily be read when the front light of the car reaches the sign.
