QR code is read instantly by a scanner or by a machine that is placed there to scan the incoming traffic. Including it in a document is very simple method, you just need a QR generator application, and before generting write the text, and the software will generate it for you. When you place it in the document, make sure it is 2×2 cm, which is the recommended smallest readable size.
