I have seen people writing “torned” which is the wrong word. The three forms of verb of tear are (tear, tore, and torn). The confusion comes when a word has two different meanings such as tear. Tear means (to rip off) which is a verb and the noun of the tear is a fluid drop that comes when we cry. Tear (fluid from the eyes) second and third form is teared which is not so commonly used. You can use it like this (I was so moved by the song that I teared up). So hopefully you know the difference and will never make the mistake again while writing and speaking. Remember that there is no word like “torned” in the English dictionary.
