I have designed numerous business cards in life and most of them were single sided. Double sided buisness cards increase the printing cost and most of the customers want economical single side. If any new employee comes they can reprint the card with few changes and can print without adding too much cost. Larger companies can even print their card with their logo design and then print the name and contact details with a single color which is mostly black. To remain economical companies usually print 2-3 special colors and the busienss card remains single sided. Morever, they do not add any texture or if they would like they can add texture in single existing color(s). Cards should not have any extra foiling and it should also not have any other extra cost. This saves good if company has morever than 50 employees.
