Pillows and cushions are both used interchangeably but there is a difference that we should know and use them properly. Pillows are usually rectangular and they are used solely on the bed to put our heads on while sleeping. On the other hand, cushions are placed on the chair or sofa to give us support to our back or neck while sitting. Cushions are available in many different shapes but square and round shapes are used often. They provide extra padding and many people use them just to compliment them with the color scheme of the house. Cushion covers can be changed to give a new look to the sofa and they are also available in different themes such as weddings, Christmas, 4th of July, or even for Valentine’s Day.
