Every day, we do the most important things in the morning and most of us go to office and work there. Some of us receive a daily salary, and many of us earn monthly. We earn and buy things for home, eatable and restock. Fill our fridge with many different eatable items and once the refrigerator is empty we go out and bring the same to restock again. This happens many times in a month. We consume a lot of food. We even eat when we do not need to eat. Our body has a mechanism that when we are hungry, the stomach rumbles and it is a natural way of our body to tell us that it is time to eat. We shoudl only eat as much as we will not feel hungry for next counple of hours. Moreover, we should be careful in calriy intake. Morever callories will add weight to our body and that extra weight can bring many health issues. Our body is very sensitive and it does not like excessiveness. Moderation is the only soluiton for it.
