It is usually skin tight close-fitting mostly machine knitted with a thin yarn. Polyester jerseys are almost always preferred because of their several benefits. They don’t fade and shrink even after several launderings and there is not need to dry them on string as they dry faster than cotton or wool clothes. Dirt does not absorb and they don’t stain easily.
