Choosing a size for the multiple-page digest or magazine is the first thing that comes to mind before even starting to compile the information for the document. There are usually 2 main sizes for the magazine. The first one is the most commonly used and widely accepted which is 8.5 x 11 inches. This is the most reasonable size as it is large enough to fit all the content and images. Portrait is the first choice as compared to landscape as most of the images are taken in portrait and it is easy to design a portrait magazine layout. Secondly, A4 is another size that is also acceptable but it is not favored by many companies because of its taller appearance. For digest printing 5.5 x 8.25 size is recommended as it is slightly smaller and also idealized by large masses.
