Recent studies have shown that the exposure of dirt and bacteria helps our immune system to know more about the new bacteria and prevent it the next time we catch it. Soil is nature’s gift to us. Walking on the soil with bare feet is good for our brain, mood, and well-being. So, dirt is not that bad. Moreover, touching clean soil can improve your gut health. This is the main reason that children of young age should play outside and learn to plant.
