After coming home you should use an air conditioner at 22 temperature. As a rule of thumb, the temperature of the room should not decrease below 20 otherwise there is a good chance that you will catch a cold due to the hot weather outside and cooler temperature inside. If the room is bigger then use the lower temperature to make the room colder quickly and then use the temperature back to 22.
