T-shirts are dirt-cheap apparel. You can buy them for $5 literally, though they may not last longer or can be used once or twice. Cheap t-shirts have screen-printed graphical elements. They are not durable and can hardly last 2-3 washes. If you would like to use the t-shirt again and it is of cheap quality, then soak it in water and pour some detergent powder. Let them stay in the water for several hours and then squeeze them carefully without rubbing them. This way, you can prevent the screen printing graphics from being ruined. Handwashing not only prevents the printed area but also keeps the softness as it was bought on the first day. You can also try a very slow washing mode by setting it on the washing machine.
