This makes a lot of smell and is harmful to all the apartment houses.
We should all follow the rules and through the garbage in cans. It is good practice to cover your mouth with a mask while throwing the trash and wear gloves. As most of us know that trash cans are printed with paper, glass, and plastic symbols for guidance. We should teach these symbols to our kids so they will become responsible citizens and follow the rules.
