Sedimentary means a rock formation from sediment deposited by water or air. Igneous is the hard and dried version of lava and magma. Metamorphic rocks are transformed by excessive heat (150 to 200 °C), pressure, or other natural minerals and chemicals. The process of rocks is melting, cooling, eroding, and compacting and during this stage, it also forms a defined shape or completely deforms in a vague shape. This cycle usually happens in all types of rocks available on our planet.
Some of the stones are defined in shape such as rounded from all angles and they are used in spas, message centers, and some rehabilitation units for people who like to do therapy to their muscles and reduce tension as well as pain. It is known that these stones are made with basalt, volcanic substances and they are usually high in iron which makes them absorb heat. These hot stones on the skin can cause the blood vessels to dilate and provide relief to many different types of pains such as backaches, joint pain, as well as arthritis.
