Laptop lifespan is usually 4-5 years and then you will get to experience many issues such as a noisy fan, DVD won’t pop-out if you were the lucky one who had one, due to software updates system will lag as most of the space is taken by the operating system, the new software will demand more RAM, updated software will take time to load, heating up of laptop after video editing, multitasking will become difficult and even some of the keyboard keys won’t work. It is a good idea to sell the laptop every 4 years so you won’t lose a lot of money. You will get a good rate for selling the old laptop and add some money to upgrade.
