A 250-300gms card is perfect for business card printing. With 2-color printing it will cost $75-$120 per 100 cards, if there is a cutout, embossing, or special color requirement. The cost can increase if foiling, varnish, UV coating or dyecut is involved. It may take more time for printing as well. If you’re looking for fancy options and would like to stand part, then a small cutout can look much different then the regular cards, and you will not break the bank.
Another good option is adding lamination to the card, either matt or shine. This makes the card much more durable and adds thickness to each card. A thick card gives an appeal of investment in the branding. You can get 200 business cards for as little as $50 and even less if you reduce the thickness. However, it won’t make a great first impression.
