If you are making a craft for the school project then 150gms would be sturdy enough to hold the paper. If you have intricate details in the craft then anything above 150gms card won’t tear as compared to the lighter printing paper such as 90gms. The best thickness for business card printing or title of the books is around 250-300gms. If you would like more thickness and a unique experience then you can even paste the 250gms of card to each other and make it 500gms that seems like a crazy idea. Printers may not recommend this procedure but you can get a good feel once you will have a very hard card in your hand. It will stand apart from the rest of the cards and will have significance and be easily distinguished among others.
