When I gave my final thesis I had no idea how to place my posters for display and after many different opinions and advice from classmates, I choose to hang my posters on the wall. There was no choice as we had very less time to decide and many of us did the same as I did. As a student you do not really want expenditure and buying display stands was not economical for many of us.
Today, I am presenting rod frame poster mockup set. These stands can be used to display the thesis and even used in painting exhibitions. These can be custom made and they look quite decent to be very honest. If you do not have spotlights then no worries few floor lights are enough to brighten the room. Lighter designs will look fine even in the darker room. Otherwise, you can add floor lights close to the poster stand to give a new experience to the audience.
