Stamp provides authenticity to the official paper and many companies require the official stamp to validate the document. Stamps are usually designed in rectangle, round, or square dimensions, and mostly logo design and address are mentioned. Many officers add their degrees such as lawyers, doctors, and engineers to their stamp to let people know how educated they are.
On the other hand, wax seals are also practiced to attest the document. Seals are also pasted at the end of the folding flap to close and seal the envelope. This gives a high-end luxury outlook to the envelope and is used mostly on luxury brands as well as invitations. Pasting a wax seal is much more time-consuming than the self-seal envelopes.
